Clarkstown’s Adopt-A-Spot Presents

The Town of Clarkstown is seeking interested parties who will commit to the Town to adopt two very special and highly visible monuments at both ends of the Congers Road causeway.  Your company will be required to create, install and maintain the landscaping around each monument.  Your company name will be prominently displayed at the site for all to see.  The Town will share in the cost by providing 1-3 flag poles, the signage with carved lettering, lighting and a water pit for irrigation purposes for each site.  All permits to be obtained by the Town of Clarkstown.  Other Adopt-A-Spot sites have been seen on CBS and ABC, and have received numerous awards.
